• Orders over $50 (all SYVERA tiers qualify)

Processing time

Orders before 1 PM ET ship same business day. After 1 PM ET ship next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Delivery time

US continental: 5-7 business days via USPS/UPS
US Alaska/Hawaii: 5-10 business days

Tracking

Shipping confirmation with tracking link sent at ship time.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, wait 48 hours then contact contact@syveraskin.com. We replace lost/damaged packages at no cost.
